This Data Deletion Policy outlines the procedures for deleting your data from My Brand Page ("the Service"), operated by PegasusTech.works.

1. Your Right to Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and user-generated content from our Service at any time.

2. How to Delete Your Account and Data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from your dashboard.

  1. Log in to your My Brand Page account.
  2. Navigate to the "Profile" or "Account Settings" section.
  3. Find and click the "Delete Account" button.
  4. You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Please be aware that this action is irreversible.

Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion, and the process will begin immediately.

3. What Data is Deleted?

Upon successful account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Your user account details (name, email, password hash).
  • Your public profile information (username, bio, avatar).
  • All content blocks you have created (links, videos, products, etc.).
  • Your theme and appearance settings.
  • Your category and social link configurations.

4. Data Retention

After you initiate the deletion process, your data is permanently removed from our production databases. We do not retain copies of your content. Backups of our database are automatically deleted after a period of 30 days. Your data will be completely purged from all our systems within this 30-day window.
